My piano lessons, which my mother forced me to take when I was a child, turned into something that I looked forward to all week after meeting Dr. Gulin. She has been a great teacher who made me love the piano, gave me a different perspective, and taught me that music is not just about notes, there are many different things that I need to consider, hear and feel. From the age of 12 to 18, I have achieved ABRSM Grade 5 Theory, ABRSM Grade 5, 7 and 8 Piano exams with her. She just makes everything clear and easy to handle, and teaches how to keep on track with hard work. There is no limit to what she has made me understand in terms of music theory, piano practice and aural training. I am more than glad that she is my teacher.
